Tollfree Studio provides camera equipment rentals, video production, and related services. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
2. Booking & Payments

Bookings must be confirmed with advance payment.

Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or mobile payment (e.g., bKash/Nagad).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time may incur a fee.
3. Equipment Use & Responsibility

Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition.

The client is responsible for loss, theft, or damage during the rental period.

Late returns may result in additional charges.
4. Content Usage
Tollfree Studio reserves the right to showcase completed video projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tollfree Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from equipment failure or service delays.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
